Counselling to reconnect with yourself

London Bridge and Online

Maybe you've reached a point where the way you've always done things doesn't feel like it's working anymore.

You might be experiencing burnout, struggling with your confidence, questioning your identity, discovering you're neurodivergent or trying to find your way through a significant life change or loss. You don't have to know exactly what's wrong before you come to therapy.

I offer relational, neuro-affirmative and GSRD-affirmative counselling for adults who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves or the world around them, or like the tools they used to rely on aren't working anymore.

Together we can make sense of how you arrived here, and explore what might help you now.

My Approach

I'm Eleanor Jones, a Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor based in London Bridge.

Effective therapy can help you learn how to ground in the present, enabling you to engage with past experiences and approach future challenges with a sense of confidence, clarity and self-knowing.

I'm particularly drawn to working with people who feel that something has changed, whether that's through burnout, neurodivergence, loss of confidence, questions around identity and belonging, or a significant life transition. I offer a relational, collaborative space where you can explore difficulties at a pace that suits you.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a copywriter and lived abroad. Over time, I came to realise that what really fulfilled and motivated me was working with people. I decided to move back to the UK to retrain as a psychotherapist.

I'm a Registered Member of the BACP, a committee member of the UKAGP and hold a Clinical Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute.

Areas I work with

I offer open-ended and fixed-term counselling for adults in London Bridge and online across the UK.

Confidence & self-esteem

Perhaps you've lost confidence in yourself, become overly self-critical or feel that you're somehow not enough. We can explore where these patterns come from and develop a kinder relationship with yourself.

Burnout & stress

You may feel exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected after spending too long trying to keep everything together. We can explore what has led to burnout and what you need to recover and live more sustainably.

Identity & belonging

You may be questioning your identity, sexuality or gender, or simply feel like you don't quite fit. I offer GSRD-affirmative counselling in a space where you can explore who you are, your relationships and where you feel you belong.

Neurodivergence

You may be questioning whether you're neurodivergent, adjusting to a new understanding of yourself or exhausted from masking and adapting. I offer neuro-affirmative counselling to help you make sense of your experiences and needs.

Trauma & difficult experiences

Past experiences can continue to affect how you feel about yourself, your relationships and the world around you. Counselling can offer a safe space to explore the impact of trauma and difficult experiences at your own pace.

Life changes & loss

A relationship ending, career change, move, bereavement or new understanding of yourself can leave you feeling unsettled or unsure what comes next. Counselling can help you process what's changed and find your way forward.
